The owner was VERY professional upon answering the business line phone, she asked details about desired braid style, and very up front about the price. An appointment was scheduled, confirmed and she was able to move the appointment earlier as desired. She was on time however she took some time to clean up and disinfect the area BUT we were both SAFE plus wore the masks.
